lovely stay

i found a great offer and stayed at this place. The room was large and super clean. the bed was very comfortable, and the sauna facilities are modern and super clean. the location is handy to the underground.
the hotel entrance has high stairs, and nobody offered me help. i had to carry suitcases.

the room was very quiet and overlooked the central courtyard garden. it was comfortable and well equipped. tea and coffee making facilities were available, and the room had supplies.

the sauna facilities are modern and super clean. i used this twice and had the whole place to ourselves each time. the gardens and location were great, very peaceful and pretty.

breakfast was excellent, and the ingredients used were of the highest quality. there were also gluten free, lactose free options available. soft boiled or scrambled eggs were made to order.

the staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me a free room upgrade on arrival. the room was cleaned each day. the receptionist was very helpful in lending us a charger.

The location is great with a subway station very close by. It was less than a minute walk. The water refill station was really convenient and I appreciated the tea and coffee at the reception area. I also found the online check in and check out process easy (it saved a lot of time).
The hotel entrance has high stairs, yet nobody offered help with my suitcase. The internet in my room was weak, so I could not use it. The toilet did not flush very well and that was inconvenient. (I ended up having to call someone to fix it).

the room was spacious for a single room the balcony was awesome. the roof windows let in light the room remained cool thanks to the AC.
the hotel entrance had high stairs nobody offered help with suitcases upstairs. i had to carry my luggage myself the internet was weak in the room.
